In the OCCCO, online coaching conversations are about a supportive relationship and held between you and a coach. These conversations are about a personal issue that concerns you and/or your team about something that you and/or your team want to change or develop. So you determine the topic of the conversation. Together with your coach you discuss how you can achieve the change or development that you would like to see. Coaching is a separate service that differs from psychotherapy, counseling, mentoring and education. It has become an important science and practice that liberates and develops people's potential. You look at what may be holding you back in this and what opportunities you have to move forward. It is a learning process to find new ways to direct your personal development and growth. Together with your coach, you explore ways to solve problems. The end goal is to develop strategies with which you can more easily effect change and development on your own to achieve your personal goals.
Coaches and coachees build upon their knowledge together to experiment, explore and enhance personal and/or professional growth as a whole. One-to-One or group sessions are offered: To support individuals identify blind spots, expand self-awareness, increase (self) confidence and resilience and strengthen their skills to direct their development owns elf. To support people develop effective strategies for specific goals, such as in presentations, group coordination and leadership. Coaching is applied to individuals, students, youngsters, refugees and immigrants, professionals, people who want to set and achieve goals, increase their performance, cultivate self-regulatory skills, leadership skills, plan their professional development. Provided in binary or group sessions and structured workshops.
How does Coaching function?
Coaching creates the right frame for you to be able to grow, improve your communication, understand your dynamics and thus gain more (self) confidence and awareness. Your relationship with the Coach is based on mutual trust, confidentiality and on activating your motivation to reach your path and achieve the goal.
What are the expected outcomes of Coaching?
In Coaching this is you who defines the expectations. However, you should know that Coaching is based on the application of positive psychology. Even if the goal is not achieved, what comes as a normal result is the empowerment of the individual, the recognition of own positive dynamics and their activation, improving the way individuals live.
Is it possible to start formulating a goal and then proceed to a new one?
Yes, as long the collaboration progresses the goal is reshaped. There are cases where we first complete with one request and then move on to the next one and another cooperation cycle.
Is it obligatory for me to attend the x coaching sessions?
It is the minimum period for a coaching collaboration, so that there can be the necessary period of time that will serve both sides to communicate openly and in the same direction.
If I lose a coaching session, can I reschedule it?
The sessions are scheduled jointly in order to respond with any commitment to the time and day of the meeting. Given that the sessions are held online, there is the flexibility that the session can be replaced with timely information and by agreement.
